Panic: The SciFi B Movie Game

“He is really coming out of retirement to do this film?” The dark suited studio executive sat back in his chair looking at his Head of film projects. “Bart Vedsolre, director of Blade Runner the musical, Creator of Daemon killer Mixta, The director of SpaceDock Lost! Wants to direct Panic?” “Yes, I was surprized as you. But there is a catch.” “ A catch? He has not directed a film in 10 years, how much does he want.” The silence was deafening, head of Projects shifted in his chair “He wants to use unknown actors and he wants total control over the final edit and script.” “So I get a world class director, pay minimum for actors, and all he wants is control of the script and final edit. Can we do it for less than 50 million?” “50? Ha! you will love this, he only wants 25.” The Executive blew the decafe all over his desk. “ Sign him, get every has been and coffee house server in town.”

Thats right you have the chance to be the lead in a new film directed by Bart Vedsolre, who has not directed in 10 years. You were picked over thousands of unknowns and now you and your other cast members have received the scripts, or rather parts of them. When you met the director he was in bermuda shorts, a Tshirt that said I am with ...., and he was drunk. He handed you identical scripts with no dialouge. “ I will be handing out dialgue as we shoot, the more you impress me the more lines you will get. See you on the set in 2 weeks.” he then walked into the wall. Welcome to Panic your chance to be the lead in a B grade Scifi movie.

The Object of this game: Get the most Screen Time. Screen Time is awarded as you play the game for doing specific things. The Player with the most Screen Time wins the game and is the Lead of the movie.
